THE Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), got a new national chairman, Alhaji Ahmed Adamu Muazu on Monday.
At its 64th National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting, the party in line with section 47 of its constitution appointed Muazu to lead its affairs pending the holding of a national convention to either confirm Muazu or elect another national chairman.
Alhaji Ahmadu Adamu Mu’azu, born 11 June 1955, was governor of Bauchi State in Nigeria from 29 May 1999 to 29 May, 2007
A graduate of Quantity Survey from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, Muazu later obtained an overseas masters degree in construction management.
