Ekiti 2014: Orji Uzor Kalu Endorses Fayemi

Few days after endorsing the Osun State Governor and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Rauf Aregbesola, in the forthcoming election in the state, a former Governor of Abia State and a leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Orji Uzor Kalu has again endorsed Ekiti state overnor, under APC platform for a second term.

Kalu who predicts victory for the incumbent governor said the commitment and dedication
to duty shown by Fayemi had made it possible for him to record the feat.

Kalu, who has being on tour of the country to preach national unity, said he has been greatly impressed by the level of development going on in the South West which is mainly controlled by the APC and with that, he could see APC winning again. “ I am sure the PDP would battle Governor Fayemi in the election but the governor will win” Kalu added.
However, Gov Kalu Orji also advocated a two-party system saying that this would further strengthen democracy in the nation.
He also called on the people of Ekiti to rally round Fayemi and support his second term reelection bid.
