Jonathan's Continuation will Secure Democracy- Senator Aduda
On Tuesday, Senator Philip Aduda said that the continuation of President Goodluck Jonathan in government would help secure Nigeria’s democracy.
He made this known at the official commissioning of the National Secretariat of the House to House Campaign Organisation for Democracy in Abuja.
According to Aduda, the security challenge being experienced in Nigeria is a trying perio which will be overcome with the necessary measures put in place.
Aduda said Nigeria would surmount its present security challenges.
"Such challenge is also common in other parts
of the world, President Jonathan will be able to surmount this challenge,” he said.
While commending the group for building the secretariat, Aduda lauded the achievement of the president, citing the revamping of the railway system across the country.
Aduda said there was no administration in the country that had spent so much money on power generation and distribution like the Jonathan’s administration.
He commended the president for carrying the people of the FCT along in the scheme of things in the country.
Also speaking at the occasion, Mrs Aisha Audu, said President Jonathan was leading and guiding Nigerians for the progress of the country
