Tambuwal, Tinubu, Kwankwaso Commend Yari

As All Progressives Congress (APC) governors and other prominent personalities of the party continue to commission various projects in Zamfara State as part of the forthcoming Democracy Day celebration, leader of the party, Asuwaju Bola Tinibu, and other APC bigwigs have unequivocally endorsed the Governor Abdulaziz Yari for the second tenure. The development came just as the speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, who commissioned the 31km Gusau-Kasuwar Daji road, also commended Governor Yari for his startling efforts in the socio- economic transformation of the state, expressing the hope that the people of the state should have no option than to honour the governor with chance for a second tenure. He congratulated the governor for not only fulfilling his campaign promises, but more so “for the fulfilment of the covenant he made between himself and his creator.” He added that every leader will surely testify before God what transpired between himself and the people under his care. Tinubu, who was in the state to commission Gusau Township roads, was highly impressed with the level of infrastructural development and particularly commended the administration for effective utilisation of local government resources. “I have personally borne witness to what I saw on the ground,” he said, even as he confessed that Governor Yari was the kind of leader the nation has been clamouring for in the past several years, explaining that anybody who comes to the state “would quickly testify to the governor’s leadership qualities, good vision and prudent management of resources.”Tinubu was happy that Governor Yari has actually been implementing the real developmental concepts of the APC as “we can see notice a vivid sign of transformation, not excuses,” adding that Zamfara state is really blessed with a provider and therefore endorse the governor for the send tenure, cautioning the people of the state to be judicious with their votes so that they don’t miss the great opportunity ahead.
