Former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, when he received members of The Strategic Team (TST), — a national political think-tank, has stated that the President Jonathan deserves to to return to Aso Rock next year because of his progressive and human-faced policies.
