Don’t sell your votes, Olunloyo advises Osun electorate

A former governor of the old Oyo state, Dr. Omololu Olunloyo, has urged Osun voters not to sell their votes during the August 9, 2014 governorship election in the state. He described the Governor of Osun State, Mr. Rauf Aregbesola, as a visionary leader that has etched his name in the minds of the masses through populist programmes. Olunloyo stated this at the palace of Timi of Ede land when Aregbesola and his supporters paid homage to the traditional ruler. Specifically, Olunloyo commended the computer tablets (Opon imo) distributed by the Aregbesola administration, describing the device as world-class and a game changer capable of revitalising the education sector. The former governor, who noted that he could not believe his eyes at the level of transformation on his way to the state, said the governor had indeed made a name for himself as the people’s governor.
