Our GOVT. Is Insensitive‏

Democracy is supposed to be the government of
the people, by the people, and for the people.
Unfortunately, the government of this country is
not that of the people because it is insensitive to
the yearnings of the people.
How will the government be sensitive when it
does not feel the agonies of the people? How will
the government feel it, when men in corridors of
power hardly experience the hardship facing the
people? How will our leaders realise the
implication of the feelings when their children are
studying abroad? They are not plying most of our
roads in this country. They board flight.
People are wallowing in abject poverty while our
leaders continue to line their pockets with public
fund. Life becomes unbearable for the common
man in this country because what he expected is
not what hey is experiencing.
