Breaking News: Bomb blast in Kano Kills at least 10 people

There are reports of a bomb blast in Kano metropolis this evening. The exact circumstances of this blast is still unclear but reports from the Punch Newspapers say not less than 10 people have lost their lives in the explosion which occurred at a drinking joint. No group has claimed responsibility for this attack but it is suspected that this must have been perpetrated by members of the Boko Haram Islamic group, a sect which has perpetuated a reign of terror in several northern states. This explosion is coming a day after the local government elections in the state with the All Progressives Congress (APC) winning majority of the declared votes. Details Later...
