Omisore meets Jonathan in Aso Rock

PEOPLES Democratic Party ( PDP) governorship candidate in the forthcoming election in Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore, was at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Tuesday to meet with President Goodluck Jonathan. He was driven into the premises at about 1.00 p.m. in a Federal Government Toyota Land Cruiser Jeep with number plate FG838H42. Dressed in a light purple “agbada,” the former deputy governor was unaccompanied during the visit. The gubernatorial standard-bearer went into a meeting with the president in his office and re- emerged after about 30 minutes. Omisore declined to speak with State House correspondents when they tried to find out his mission at the Villa, as he told them, “I am coming back. I am coming back,” before he was seen driven out of the premises.
