CAMPAIGN posters of President Goodluck Jonathan have been pasted in different areas of Enugu State.
The posters, which dot major streets in the state capital, appear amid uncertainty over Jonathan’s 2015 ambition
One of the posters believed to be sponsored by the South East Youths has a bold inscription: No Going Back 2015.
The development has continued to elicit reactions, with some observers describing it as handiwork of desperate political jobbers.
A social critic, Samuel Offor, said the posters might have emanated from some attention-seeking politicians.
“I returned to Enugu Friday after the pubic holidays to notice all kinds of Jonathan’s campaign posters all over the place.

“We all know that this year is going to serious politicking, so it is expected that people will do all manner of things. The Presidency might not know anything about this. They could be from mischief makers or attention seekers,” he said.
Another, Elder Mike Ugwu, urged President Jonathan to remain focused and should not allow other to lead him astray.
He said: “He should concentrate on making life better for Nigerians and make good calculation before declaring interest for 2015. He should not allow desperate politicians mess him up.”
Meanwhile, The Akwa Ibom State chapter of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has passed a vote of confidence on Jonathan, urging him to contest the 2015 general election.
The motion was moved Thursday in Uyo at a meeting of the state caucus of the PDP that was attended by Deputy National Chairman of the Party, Chief Uche Secondus.
The motion was moved by Ita Enang representing Uyo Senatorial District and seconded by Udo Kerian Akpan, Deputy Speaker of Akwa  Ibom State House of Assembly
